Production Manager (Selangor)

Responsibilities:
Manage orders from customers through proper planning, preparation and production scheduling to meet customer satisfaction and needs
Lead and guide production team to achieve production target
Perform review of production processes including time study of processes and process distribution to ensure effective and efficient production flow
Cultivate good sense of product quality among all production personnel
Close monitoring on material availability versus production schedule to ensure timely material supply to production
Production report preparation on production capacity, quality issues and other recommendations to improve overall performance indices

Requirements:
Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Manufacture Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferably in automotives parts and accessories industry
Experience in ISO 9001:2000, TS 16949 will be an added advantage
Must be a good team player with good leadership skill
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral)
