The Debug Engineer shall be responsible for the development and implementation of a structured training system for all debug functions within Jabil. The Debug Engineer shall be responsible for the management structure to support Debug Technicians within Jabil. The reporting structure will encompass a matrix of management responsibility within each workcell between the Debug Engineer and the Workcell Test Engineer.Responsibilities will include:
Provide structured internal training programs for ICT, Functional, System & ESS Debug Technicians covering the specific product architectures, debug techniques and tools, electrical fundamentals and control systems.
Provide a structured program that allows the development and growth of debug skill base from internal candidates through modular and proactive training system.

Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering with minimum 4 years of work experience in PCBA Debug/Repair/Trouble Shooting or related Engineering field.

RF knowledge and trouble shooting experience for complex products.
