To implement production control to ensure quality products are produced on time for delivery.
To ensure proper house keeping of production area.
To ensure packaging is carried out according to specified requirements.
Initiate SPC projects and appoint SPC team leader to resolve potential nonconformance / quality problem.
To ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent nonconformance.
