Assistant Production Supervisor(Johor - Pasir Gudang)

Responsibilities:
To monitor the productivity / efficiency and to meet schedules on time.
To monitor WIP, product quality and improvement.
To generate daily / weekly WIP / output report.
The position is responsible for production and its effective and efficient operation at all times. The position will require people management skills and interacts with Production staff.
It will also involve; Quality Management, Safety management, Material handling, documentation and reports presentation

Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Food Science/ Food Technology or Engineering(Industrial)
Relevant working experience in food manufacturing
Conversant in both English and Mandarin
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:
Responsible for set-up, trouble-shooting and repair for molding machines, tools and fixtures
Study, evaluate, improve molding process and carry out continuous improvement activities
