Assist in quality planning (ITP or QCP)
Coordinate with :- NDT/DT companies for testing and examination; subcontractors place for inspection: External/internal; and client auditors for successful audits
Set-up and improve the Quality control documentation in the ERP system through ‘Document Management’
Offer technical advice to stores for the procurement of items as best suited to the design
Liaise with the relevant Engineering Services personnel and appraise projected completion targets, which must be met or improved upon. Any anticipated delay to be brought to the attention of the Head of Operations
Oversee the work of the Inspector and welding /QC Inspector to ensure their work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
Support, adhere and promote the HSE policy of the company, along with its ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ISO9001 principles
