Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Digital PCBA and RF PCBA
Exposure in Networking Diag experience in Cisco/Nortel/Jupiter/Huawei products
Literate in computer languages such as C++, Visual Basic/etc
Good understanding of ASICs, ICs and Component functions
NPI experience is a plus.
Good command of English

Graduate Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
4-5 years experience as Troubleshooting/Test Engineer
Familiar with generic Debug Tools (DMM, Scope)

Production Manager (Nigeria - Lagos)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall production in the plant runs smoothly with high quality output
To ensure the productivity is up and efficient
To control process defect and downtime
To manage and control the production staff, motivate them and to spot potential succession plan for respective positions
To schedule production plan, set objectives and ensure to achieve the lowest manufacturing cost and shortest cycle time as well as maintenance of the plant
To comply to ISO and EHS standards
To champion process and continuous improvement initiatives

Required skill(s): Production Processes.
Required language(s): Chinese, English
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
