Work closely with Factory Manager from each Region to coordinate the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities include resource planning, materials management, order scheduling and tracking, and other related activities.
Continually develop systems to improve efficiency and accuracy of operations.
Monitor the work flow to ensure that schedules are met and bottlenecks are identified and corrected.
Hold project status meetings to identify problems and ensure that schedules are met.
Ensure that all manufacturing and quality documentation is current.
Familiar with ISO 9001:2000 requirement and ensure the compliance.
Implement and ensure adherence to proper internal controls and procedures at all Factories, including inventory management, procurement, obsolescence and pilferage.
To plan, execute and monitor overall project, achieving targets of efficiency, cost and quality.
Provide leadership and direction in the execution of sales strategies and tactics.
Coordinate group activities to ensure win-win situation for all parties concerned.
