To carry out improvement programs on process and production facilities to ensure that the products are within specification and consistent quality
To carry out trouble shooting on the production defects, including problems arising from glaze
To monitor and reduce the in-process loss, including engobe and glaze losses from Glaze Preparation to Glazing Line
To liaise closely with R&D and NPD departments on matters relating to glaze development
Monitoring maintenance operations planning and preventive maintenance activities at the plant
