Production Manager (Selangor - Puchong)

Responsibilities:
Control and monitor of the entire production plant
To plan, execute measure and ensure the achievement of all goals and targets as set by the Top Management
Ensure customer requirements, quality standards and KPI’s are met.
Ensure that all aspects of processes meet specified standards and compliance with relevant legal/system requirements
Ensure the process works at the optimum level, right rate and quality specification, in order to meet the delivery requirements (prior working experience as Process Engineer would be an added advantage)
Work closely with R&D and maintenance group to monitor and improve product quality and production efficiency
Lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects in the plant
To plan and manage all plant safety and health and environmental practices to meet group standards and legal requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years working experience in Manufacturing environment
Understands the ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OSHSAS 18001 standards.
Production/Process Management Skills
Knowledge in Kaizen, FMEA, DOE, SPC and other process tools
Proficient with Microsoft Office package such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge in BAAN system would be an added advantage
Good in English, Bahasa Melayu and knowledge in German language would be an added advantage
Able to work independently and under pressure
A team player who is highly responsive and result driven
Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills
